T-DIGIT 500 – Plug & Play Digital Cockpit for Yamaha TMAX 500 (2004–2007)

TFT display, ECU diagnostics, Bluetooth TPMS, Smart Trip, maintenance management, Wi-Fi configuration, and firmware updates: everything integrated into a single dashboard.

T-DIGIT 500 is not an original dashboard modification kit: it comes complete with a display, electronics, newly redesigned plastics, and a transparent front plexiglass.

It communicates directly with the original ECU via the standard connector and, once installed, requires no modifications to the vehicle's electrical system.

⚠️ Important – Frame required for installation

To install the T-DIGIT 500 on TMAX 500 models from 2004 to 2007, you must separately obtain the external dashboard frame for the Yamaha TMAX 500 2001–2003 model (Yamaha part number 5GJ2836K0100-00).

The 2001–2003 frame is not included in the package.

Every trip is automatically saved upon turning off the vehicle, for up to 30 sessions, including the date and best performance achieved.

You can also choose which Smart Trip information to display while riding via the menu.

Advanced diagnostics

T-DIGIT 500 communicates directly with the TMAX ECU and includes a diagnostic mode that allows you to view on the display:

• ECU error codes
• Immobilizer errors
• Sensor status
• Real-time diagnostic information

Sound notifications are also provided to signal important events.

Integrated Bluetooth TPMS System

Each dashboard is supplied with 2 Bluetooth TPMS sensors already configured and ready to use.

The system allows you to monitor:

• Front and rear tire pressure
• Sensor battery status
• Pressure anomalies with automatic alerts

Reference pressures and their alarm thresholds can be customized by the user.

Full smartphone control

T-DIGIT 500 integrates a Wi-Fi Web Server that allows you to access settings directly from your smartphone or tablet, without installing dedicated applications.

The absence of external buttons and touch controls on the dashboard prevents exposing additional components to water, dirt, and wear.

From your phone, you can:

The initial connection is simple and immediate thanks to the wizard with a QR Code displayed directly on the screen.

Advanced maintenance management

T-DIGIT 500 allows you to track vehicle maintenance directly from the dashboard.

Available features include:

• V-Belt replacement reminder
• Service reset
• Remaining mileage display

The history can store up to 100 service records, recording for each:

• Date
• Mileage
• Type of service

In addition to scheduled maintenance, you can record numerous other interventions, including:

• Other maintenance tasks

The entire history can be exported directly to your smartphone in a printable format, creating a real digital maintenance log for your vehicle.

Firmware Updates

T-DIGIT 500 is designed to evolve over time.

Firmware updates can be installed directly via smartphone, without removing the dashboard or connecting programming cables.
